We have a long and consistent experience with manufacturing and machining. Don Marlow began this business originally in his basement in 1973, taking his passion for quality, custom metalworking to an evolving business. Marlow has grown in many ways in the years since then, but the sense of family and passion within the company have not left. In fact, the employee who’s been at Marlow for the least amount of time still has almost two decades with the company.

Meet Steve Marlow
VICE PRESIDENT
Steve Marlow is the President and Owner of Marlow Machining, a company built on a strong family legacy. The business began in his father, Don Marlow’s, basement machine shop, where Steve got his start at just 14 years old while saving up for his first mini bike. In 1985, the company moved into a shop in Germantown, Wisconsin. In 1990, Steve took over the business. Since then, he has continued to grow Marlow Machining while staying true to its roots of quality craftsmanship and dependable service.
